Remix

This little project got some serious attention and was later released on Defected Records with a rework of this bootleg. The picture in this video has nothing to do with my projects. Here is the A-side;

Sometimes unexpected things happens. I got a remix-request late 2001 from a personal favourite, “Dream Warriors – My Definition Of A Boombastic Jazz Style” that I bought on vinyl 1990. This song is magic and it contains samples from Quincy Jones classic hit “Soul Bossa Nova”.

I’m pretty sure where I want to got with it and couldn’t help myself incorporating some scratching into the groove. The remix was released on their compilation “The Legacy Continues…” during 2002 in the radio version I also included. I’m not sure that this long version ever got released, but it’s out here now finally 🙂
