This is one old mix from my archive, done together with MJ, where we tried to do the perfect ending of an evening. It was released one year later on the 12” vinyl release “Knockabout – Another Gate” as part of the jingles.
All parts played from vinyl using Technics 1200 and mixed live into a 4-track cassette-portastudio and then recorded on a DAT-tape. Recorded 1992-04-29

This is one old mix from my archive, where I tried to create some sort of story and used the Cassette-Portastudio to the max.
This is heavily influenced, or in fact a total rip-off, from a “porta-mix” made by “DJ Saine”. I got 3 mixes from a friend of DJ Saine, based in Gothenburg and these 3 mixes just blew me away! The way they were put together with inserts and tight scratching just took everything to the next level for me. I just had to try this myself. With the same “Paris”-track as a background, this was my first attempt to create something similar. Hat off to DJ Saine!

Här är en mix som sändes på Radio VSD, som jag nu gästade som professionell DJ. (Annat var det 8 år tidigare då jag besökte VSD som 11 åring. Det finns att höra, ligger på 1984)
Denna mix hade jag valt att inte spara digitalt, då jag inte tyckte att den höll måttet för att vara en av mina mixar. Men nu när ni fått ta del av allt från början, även sådant jag aldrig tänkt sprida, så skall självklart även denna mix få vara med.
Upptäckte den på ett omärkt kassettband nyligen.
